Affordable Theological Education for Every Leader

We believe every ministry leader should have access to high-quality theological education. Too often, cost puts that training out of reach. That’s why Memphis City Seminary is committed to making theological education affordable for all.

The most affordable accredited seminary in the country

Memphis City Seminary offers classes at a tuition rate of $100 per credit hour, the most affordable in the country. To attend a comparable seminary, a student would pay approximately $528 a credit hour, a $428 increase, meaning every MCS student receives the equivalent of roughly a 90% scholarship.

Graph comparing the actual annual cost of $620,000 with the annual tuition revenue of $65,000, showing a financial burden of $555,000 transferred from students to the seminary.

Our Mission is Fueled by Your Partnership

As a non-tuition-dependent institution, we rely on the support of organizations and individuals like you who believe in MCS's mission of advancing the kingdom of God by educating, equipping, and mobilizing Christ-like leaders for effective gospel ministry.

The Augustine Donor Society

Members of the Augustine Society provide pivotal financial support, enabling Memphis City Seminary to fulfill its mission to educate, equip, and mobilize leaders for gospel ministry at an affordable price in Memphis. The annual giving goal of the Augustine Society is $250,000, allowing members to become active participants in our mission and vision.

In gratitude for your financial support, Augustine Society members have the opportunity to attend three events per year, audit any class, access the MCS theological library, and receive MCS merchandise.
